At our processing station, located on the estate, we process and pack over 2,300 tonnes of fruit per year. The purpose of the work we do here is to further improve the quality of our products. To ensure that no poor-quality fruit is dispatched to our customers, our employees perform three successive tasks.
All tasks performed in the orchards (pruning, fertilising, etc.) are logged in our farming records. Identification procedures take place as soon as the fruit arrives at the processing station (name of producer, processing station, harvest date, grade, weight, EEC phytosanitary passport and tracking number). Such thoroughness guarantees that the fruit is of impeccable quality.
Finally, a label on the packaging indicates the plot where the fruit was grown and the date it was harvested.
